Giveaway

Contests and Giveaways are a way for our Sponsors, Advertisers and us to give back to our Get Bent Florida Sportfishing Community Members.

Contests and Giveaways change from month to month with some months having more than one Contest or Giveaway so be sure to check every month to see what is going on and being given away. You can check that here: http://www.getbentflorida.com/forum/contests-giveaways/.

All Contests and Giveaways DO REQUIRE that those entering and winning MUST BE (unless otherwise stated):

• MUST be an ACTIVE Get Bent Florida Sportfishing MEMBER in GOOD STANDINGS!
  • MEMBER – a registered user whose account is activated and is posting without any deception or inaccurate information provided in registering their account.
  • ACTIVE MEMBERS – are active participants of our fishing forums that POSITIVELY contributes, participates and posts here regularly.
  • MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING – a participating / active registered user who is following our TOS, Posting Guidelines, not causing trouble and whose account is not suspended, terminated, banned, in time out and with no infractions against their account.
  • You MUST follow all guidelines and rules of and for the monthly giveaway in which you enter.
• NOTE: Each Monthly Giveaway will have additional Rules and Guidelines that will be added to these listed here.
• Just as in our TOS & Guidelines your posts and photo’s become the property of Get bent Florida Sportfishing and can be used in any way we see fit. Monthly Sponsors will be given the right to use your Forum Name, post and any photo’s, video, etc. added for their own promotional purposes as well.
• Winners are responsible for any and all taxes required to be paid as a result of winning and accepting the giveaway item.
• Further details and information will be provided for each monthly giveaway. PLEASE understand these are intended for Get Bent Florida Sportfishing site members. It is supposed to be FUN and offer something back to our Members.
• FINAL say on Rules/Guidelines, Eligibility and Winners will rest with the Officers of Get Bent Florida Sportfishing however, Sponsors will decide the Winners.
