Coming to Florida

Good Morning All, we have decided to head out to Florida (FT Lauderdale area unless you suggest better fishing in another area, great flight & Hotel package) for vacation. WE will be there Aug 29 - Sept 3 I was hoping you guys could point us in the direction of a good charter, party boats, rent boat, general fishing out there. I understand there is a tremdous amount of info on the internet but nothing like first hand recomendations for the best, any info would be great (web site, names, etc,)

Hey Randi, You could get some really great fishing done and probably save a little money if you go to the Florida panhandle, like Destin or Panama City. August and September are good months for that area if you want to go offshore or any type of fishing you might be looking for. Whatever you decide good luck, I hope ya'll have a great time. Where are ya'll traveling in from?

I used to live in Ventura when I was stationed out there in the Navy. I'm glad to be back on the Gulf Coast though. I'm originally from Panama City, FL and now stationed in Biloxi, MS so it's nice to be close to home. I have a friend that lives in Niceville, I can get him to check on the best charters there.
