Hello,
I will be Surf fishing off the beaches of captiva island florida, Gulf coast, at the end of April and i would appreciate any advice on techniques and bait/lures to use. I have had descent success in the past 3 or 4 years using Johnsons silver minnows and zoom super flukes in the color of white ice casting about 20 to 30 yards off shore. I have caught sea trout, small jacks, mackerel, ladyfish, and blues mainly. Would like to score a nice snook if anyone has any info on best techniques, time of day, tide condition, and presentation. Overall, just looking to catch anything that will put up a fight, mainly with artificial lures.
