I don't know whats supposed to go here but I'll spit out what I've heard and seen....some friends of mine have been getting grouper in 25 feet of water off bayport....I don't fish for grouper but they do and they had some nice fish...one of my friends spearfishes and he said he saw alot of grouper that he did not shoot....if this is stuff everybody does'nt already know....the trout are in and we have caught alot of small ones and some keepers in Jenkins creek....on the far side of jenkins creek across the road there have been some snook schooling....but when they sit over there like that I have'nt seen anybody catch them....you know how they are....a shrimp could walk right up thier face and they don't care....we caught trout on live shrimp and gulps and saw a guy catching them on rattle traps till 10:00 in the morning (not mine of coarse)....I'm kinda starten to like those gulp baits....unfortunetly so do pinfish and needle fish....kinda pricey for feeden bait but what can ya do right....I'd still pay 6 bucks to take a day off work and go fishen;) ....this is just what i've heard and take it how you want to....better than no post's anyway.
