What a day,what a day, what a day!!!!!
I truely had a day to remember. The spanish mackeral were biting hot and heavy all day long. I counted 33 that were between 18 to 30 inches. I don't know how many that were under. What I do know is that it has been a long time since I HAD to take a break from fishing so I could get something to eat or go to the john. Was that all that was biting you ask? NO!!! Three keeper grouper, a sailcat in the 10lb range and 5 keeper mangroves. Truly it was a banner day for someone like myself who doesn't get out as much as I would like to.
