Fishing started out good this morning. In the first 1/2 hour we had some nice triggers, lanes and seabass. One 7 year old kid got a 4 1/4 lbs 22 inch long lane. Had lots of cudas the last hour. They where all over the boat the whole day. The ocean was just spectacular today. Clear water down to as least 25 feet. Started the day in close to shore. My cell phone still worked so we where close. Ended the day 14 miles off. The better fishing was in shore in the morning. I did a real lousy job of getting a nice pic of the big lane. He father is having it mounted and another kid is having his 46 inch cuda mounted. I know that lots of guys hate them cudas but to me they are just great fun. Same goes with the Bonita. Puppies I don't like but we have had people spend 300 to 400 dollars having them mounted so who am I go judge, my father has that singing bass fish on his wall at home. I think it's the stupidest thing but he loves it. To each his own.
