Was supposed to fish with drangler today but work got in the way so I had to go out solo.
Went looking for some near shore reefs that I could fish. Figured since I was going slow to scout the bottom why not troll.
Of course I had not brought bait to troll so broke out my old Thresher Shark Lures I used in California. Hammered a couple of Kingfish between 10 & 15 pounds.
Smaller than my 40 pound best but still fun and a much needed bent rod and line screaming off the reel. Made feel re-energized.
So got my first one as seen above.

Got a quick pic and in the box. Started to troll again and wasn't but maybe a half mile and both rods go off. Not good as both were SCREAMING. Took the boat out of gear and tried to give them some additional drag so I wouldn't loose all my line. Did my best working both rods but in the end lost both fish and one lure.
OK, back to trolling again and BAM fish on. Just a little 10 pound King but still fun.

Never did find any decent structure to fish. Watched a couple boats hooked into some BIG fish. One fought for an hour and then it was gone. Probably a big Tarpon although I didn't get to see any today.
So went inshore and drifted so livies while I straitened up the boat for the trip home. Damn Catfish were thick and ended up with 6 of them before I had enough and stopped fishing as that was all I was going to catch.
So headed home. Boat ran great and everything worked. Still have some more work to do on here and some upgrades but we are almost there.
